Tattoo Studio Rules

1

General Rules

  • The studio only tattoos clients aged 18 and over. A valid photo ID is required.

  • All clients must read and accept the studio rules before getting tattooed.

  • The studio reserves the right to refuse service without providing a reason.

Booking & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The amount and payment method are agreed individually.

  • The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation, no-show, or rescheduling with less than 48h notice.

  • Appointments can be rescheduled once only, and only if the studio is notified in time.

Health & Restrictions

  • We do not tattoo anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or in poor health.

  • Clients must inform the artist about any illnesses, allergies, pregnancy, or medical conditions.

  • The studio is not responsible for any complications resulting from withheld medical information.

Tattoo Process & Aftercare

  • Clients must follow the aftercare instructions provided by the artist.

  • The studio is not liable for any issues (fading, infection, etc.) resulting from improper aftercare.

Copyright & Documentation

  • All designs are the property of the studio or the artist who created them.

  • Requests for copied designs may be refused.

  • The studio reserves the right to photograph completed tattoos for promotional purposes unless the client objects.
